Editors’ Feedback Arrived! Now, come & take a look at the feedback and probably get some sparks!

Title:

My Baby Girl

Author:

Alinn

Theme:

Fall for a Billionaire - Romantic-Suspense

Blurb:

"Addison, it's me Christof"

"Who are you, I don't know you, please leave me alone".

"I am your husband Addison, why don't you remember me?".

"how can you be my husband, I am not married, leave me alone".

"nurse!!, nurse!!, is there somebody here, please save me from this unknown man!!".

"sir please leave her alone for sometime, she needs to rest, she lost her memory, if you try to force her to remember anything, she might go in coma, or she can die", the doctor said.

I left that room in which Addison was...

🔸Editors' Feedback:

Dramatic character dialogue and teasing questions are both elements of a great blurb and they are used to near perfection here. While the dialogue lets the readers feel the intensity of the conflict critical to the background of the story; a few intriguing questions in quick succession towards the end spike the interest of readers to continue reading. This sets a good example for other writers to learn from when writing their synopsis. But again, we have another case of a story that raises a lot of questions to begin with but doesn't necessarily do enough to build up actual suspense. This is an area that still needs improvements.

Title:

The Queen's Legacy

Author:

deyameeee

Theme:

Dare to Be a Teen - Meet My Hybrid Girl

Blurb:

Samara Ivy Saxon is beauty and chaos in one body. Anywhere she goes trouble is sure to follow.

When one day she gets into trouble with the school's biggest bully, Alaska, things started going even more downhill.

Waking up in a world completely different from what she's used to, Samara now has to face bizarre people, creatures, and places. And above all, she needs to survive and get back to her world...

🔸Editors' Feedback:

The blurb doesn't feature the hybrid element very prominently. While the content is intriguing, the author could highlight this hybrid identity a bit more. For example, why did the heroine wake up in this strange world? Is it because of her hybrid lineage that she's being hunted by everyone in this world? That would perhaps be a more interesting and exciting premise for readers to explore.

Title:

The Bad Girl's Bite

Author:

iLm_arh

Theme:

Dare to Be a Teen - Elite Academy

Blurb:

When the bad girl of the school meets the good boy — the lines between them get blurred. The rebellious girl chases him, exposes him, seduces him, and falls deeper in love every time he pushes her hard, away from the messes. He comes out to be the first man who rejected her, not only once but twice in a row.

Yet, somehow, regardless of his resistance, one day the innocent guy let his heart get corrupted by the bad girl — her devilish charms, raucous stares and alluring stunts....

🔸Editors' Feedback:

This blurb is very appealing, it shows the sparks between our rebellious bad girl heroine and our too-cool-for-school good boy when their worlds collide. Surprisingly, the good boy turns out to be the downtrodden Alpha of his own kingdom. We get a sneak peek into the emotional conflict between the protagonists that leave us eager to find out more as we keep on reading. However, there is no mention of an Elite Academy anywhere to be found in the blurb which raises the question if this is really a story that fits this mainline.

The selected authors will also receive 300 bonus each. Keep up the good work!
